AirProTec is a high performance fresh air filtration solution designed to strengthen on farm biosecurity by protecting poultry houses from airborne pathogens. Incoming air passes through a multi stage filtration system that removes dust, contaminants and fine particles before they reach the flock. Independent testing has shown that AirProTec can remove up to 98 percent of airborne viruses and bacteria which gives producers a powerful first line of defence during high risk periods.

The system uses a wind protection net, a G4 pre filter and an F9 main filter to deliver clean and consistent airflow. The integrated controller monitors differential pressure across the filters and provides alerts when maintenance is required which helps ensure long term performance and reduces the likelihood of unnoticed airflow leaks.

AirProTec is designed for both new builds and retrofit projects. The compact module connects directly into the shed’s supply air system and requires minimal structural changes which makes it a practical upgrade for any farm layout. The filter elements have a long service life and can be replaced quickly which keeps ongoing maintenance simple.

Larger models are available with an optional cooling function. This system lowers the temperature of incoming air during warm periods which helps maintain a stable climate inside the shed while still protecting air hygiene.
