In cold conditions, the ECO & CLIMA Units are heat exchangers that use warm air from inside the house to heat up fresh air from outside. In warm conditions, water can be sprayed within the unit on the outgoing air, which causes evaporative cooling of the outgoing air without increasing humidity.

At the same time, the ECO & CLIMA Units reduce emissions of ammonia and fine dust. Heat Exchanger units are controlled by the Fancom Lumina 38H. We have recently installed over 60 heat exchangers which have consistently provided top performance for our clients in combination with Fancom control.
